Are you ready for a Challenge?
The Volunteer Challenge returns with a bang this summer, as we give volunteers an opportunity to network, become strong advocates for HIV awareness and assist in our prevention efforts.
The goal?
Join us as often as possible from June 2 to August 19 to make your mark and show your support in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We know we can get at least 100 individuals to participate!
Count yourself in!
How does it work?
1. Fill out the simple registration form and send it to volunteer@aidscalgary.org. Or, fill one out at the first event you attend. You can sign up at any time during the Challenge.
2. We'll create a "passport" for each volunteer to keep track of the events you take part in.
3. Give us a call at (403) 508-2500 or email us at volunteer@aidscalgary.org to let us know if you plan on attending the next event. Come to as many or as few as you like, either to participate or even to cheer on our other volunteers. See the list below for event details.
4. For each event you attend, you'll receive a stamp in your passport, which will get you one entry into our Volunteer Challenge draw. The more you participate, the better chances you have to win.
5. Join us at our AIDS Walk kick-off party and find out if you are this year's Challenge winner!
