Fund Development

Currently AIDS Calgary is supported by a variety of funders. Alberta Health (39%), City of Calgary FCSS (6%), United Way (18%), and Health Canada (15%) make up the bulk of funding we receive. Through continued community support AIDS Calgary has been successful in raising 22% of its funding base.

AIDS Calgary also organizes fundraising events throughout the year which allows us to develop and maintain our programs.

AIDS Walk
Individuals or teams collect pledges and walk 5 km every fall.

Calgary Cares
Fashion show featuring local designers, a silent auction and lively music.
